This shipping policy discloses the shipping practices for order fulfillment via the Syncopated Products web site (www.SyncopatedProducts.com).   

Our shipping partner is United Parcel Service (UPS). 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are provided as part of the ordering process.  Shipping costs will be determined based on the products in your shopping cart and the shipping destination and choices.  Shipping costs will be included as part of the total order cost and presented to the user prior to final submission of an order.  

Estimated Shipping Times
Upon submission of your order and payment approval, we will provide an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during the ordering process.  This email will include information on the estimated time to ship (product lead time) and the shipping times.

Order Tracking
Order tracking is provided directly from our shipping partner.  Your will receive an email with a tracking # and instructions on how to track your order via our shipping partner.

Shipping for Product Replacement and Returns
In the event that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control result in shipping mistakes, or delivery of damaged products, we will work with you through our shipping partner to replace your order.

In the event that you need to return a product, we will work with you through our shipping partner to enable you to return your product.
